Added a config checker. Lame that chkconf does not return != 0 if there are errors, so we have to grep around in its output :(

Change NL port to -6667; this shows that we do not autoconnect but tells everybody which port we use when manually connecting.
...
Autoconnect to hub.uk by default - this is closer to us network wise.
